Why I call all files in the game "professional" although the majority of them suck an "unprofessional" file can be found anywhere in the Sim database that's not stepped by an FFR stepfile artist, almost 98% of those files are off beat, full of jacks, horrible speed changes, and even worse steps.

If you are only considering files in the game, then yes there is a difference, and by professional files, that does not include:

Synthlight files
Moogy files
Jello files
Silver Brian files
Reach files
and Hyrogashi files

all other stepfile artist files are ok, but only some are deemed "godly" or "worthy" (a few artists being JX and exag0n)

experienced? I have Oni, you don't, I've been a member longer than you, I have overall better scores than you, I have more exprience than you, at FFR in general, but you probably are more experienced at stepping if that's what you mean

Honestly, this should all end. Stuff like this should be addressed in a PM or something, rather than in this thread. I'd definitely agree to another lock until the batch notes are released.
