I am now legal!!!
Yay! My birthday is today and now i'm 18! Now to find a beer and hold it! Yes here you can hold a beer at 18.

I think he was only implying that he was going to hold a beer. I don't know why the hell there would be a separate law for that in NC, but whatever.

you can still go drink on a cruise ship in international waters, i know i was served as much alcohol as i pleased when i was 13 on a cruise
