most retarded moments EVER!!!
once this kid at my school climbed on top of a roof and dropped a water balloon off of it ans it made this kid so mad that he came on top of the roof with a trash can and he canned the kid on the roof for all to see and he stuffed the kid in a locker upside down in a trashcan after climbing back down with the kid. the guy got expelled...
