edit: oh yeah, did anyone notice the rank jump on molto? just comboing through the first right hand jack will get you top 30 easily, so he must have gone from not being able to do jacks at all to suddenly mastering them?

like i already said hitting the jacks are not skill but only based on luck everyone will agree with me on that

ds will never and hopefully never be considered to be brought in ffr it isnt fair and is also based on non skill because some will just mash them

i was almost positive i'd be called ds on the revo score not the molto score considering anyone could get that many boo's on it but oh well lol

Jebus, I'm confused...I read on page 2 that you admitted to DS (at least I thought I read), but I guess I was wrong. I still call bs until a better video is shown, but I apologize for parts of my last comment. Though, I did say that you said you admitted, so instead of calling me on the entire comment, you could merely say that you didn't actually admit that...

i did admit to using double setup on vertex beta vrofl but i didnt realize it was double setup untill after i private messaged tasselfoot and personally asked him he then told me it was because i didnt knowusing 8462 and left down up right was double setup

but y wouldnt i have over a basic and standard what every man could do 493 combo?

even with ds, the CP 491-496 jack is hard because there's one-framers

I....don't think it gets less than 2 framers in that little trill. might be wrong though.

I would find it odd that I can combo that trill if it has a 1 framer but can't get past jacks in revo and such.

The only songs with 1-framers are Crowdpleaser (with exactly three 1-framers) and vROFL (with a crapload of 1-framers).

The only songs with 2-framers are vROFL, 100 Bar Blackout, Party 4U, Gradeus, TGWP1, Caprice, Nova Pulser, OMW, Molto, Demon Fire, Crowdpleaser, Hellbeat, and RunnyMorning (GGC used to have a ton of 2-framers but they've since been resynced as 3-framers)

ds or not, I don't care. Your revo is kinda look weird because goods and averages are way far away to each other. Anyway gj I guess for getting 1k+ combo.

The point is, double setup, regardless of "legality" and all, give one horrible PA which completely contradicts the idea of the game, which is to accurately hit arrows without missing. Yes, avmisses suck, but it's not like only ONE person gets them. Everyone gets avmisses from time to time (even Rubix lol) and it's just something you have to deal with.
Also, I'm not going to look at a score like 848-423-0-1012 on Piano Etude in the same light as 29-5-5-8 on the same song. The PA'd score is more impressive, IMO.
And yeah, I used to be proud of mash**** high-combo scores. I'm not so proud of them anymore (22 boos on Runny is awful lol). Trust me, DS or not, you're still not dat gud if you break quad, or even triple, digit boos for every large combo you get on a hard song.

DS wouldn't be an issue if combo weren't so heavily weighted. That would mean you could get a near-top score on something like CP even if you miss a few notes in the trill. DS tears apart your PA if you overuse it, but since FFR weighs combo more heavily, DS makes it too easy to get through sections that would otherwise kill combos and give people an advantage in score.
