On SM/DDR/ITG I stare at the judgement, on FFR I stare at around the bottom of the combo count. When I start falling behind I move my gaze up (then I avmiss ).

I stare at the screen until my eyes blur, and then I look somewhere else, then again somewhere else.

I look at the receptors, then my eyes gradually slide down the screen while my mouth falls open. Then I figure out I´m looking past the game and looking like a retard, so I close my mouth and look up again, messing up in the process.

Repeat till the song is over. XD

At first, I look at the bottom of the arrows at the top of the screen, but I end up zoning out and then all of a sudden realizing I'm playing again, but I still hit the arrows

i look between the bottom of the arrow slots and the top of the combo. pretty much exactly between in fact. if i move my eyes from there my PA is like cut in half.

for sm/ddr/itg, i stare just above judgment

Generally speaking, I can stare off into the screen in various areas keeping a precise accuracy. I tend to stare at the timing area such as the marvelous/combo while playing index and most spread. On harder spread songs I tend to drag my eyes down to see up comming patterns while remembering the pattern I am doing. It sounds tough, but it really becomes second nature after the first few years lol.

I go into a daze when I play, but ussaly at the combo thinggy.

I tend to look at the top arrows, the combo or the arrows that are actually moving.

FFR: I usually look in the middle of the down arrow target but sometimes I look at the other targets. I screenshrink to where I can't even see the combo and use 1.0x speed.

Stepmania: I look at the timing label and use C750 (would be like 2.5x speed on FFR).

yes, even on 1.5 speed mod, with VC difficulty songs.
