Regional Ranking

I see all kinds of bugs like this around the site. i.e. Multiplayer

But I don't know why it happens.

Please explain.

Edit to people who don't see it.

It says My rank is 10th, but I'm actually 8th

Yeah, that bug has existed since Regional Rankings came out ... no big deal.
