All you have to do is take out every single 1 and(maybe) 2 framer and It is a possible file.

13 seems a bit low for this file considering the comparatively small difference between a difficulty 11 and 12. This file should probably be more like a 15 or so since it's so much harder than any FGO song out there. A 225 bpm version of ehhs sped up could probably be a non-bs difficulty 13 song btw. It'd be in the middle of difficulty 13 probably.
