There are like 50 more points I can get pretty easily but I'm lazy. I have so many black flags. 7/7 and 4th place on for ffr though like first try

Also highest ranked player with no add on points from AAA's 8) (because I have like 50+ black flags)

Aim for 160 points that would probably be your best bet.
Seriously though, I would say that if you can FC TGWP5 then the parts 1 and 3 shouldn't be too much more difficult. Also how many AAAs do you have?
