550 - 55 = 495 (see above except replace 275 with 495 and good with average)

So (9*275)+(1*495)=2970. So with a 9-1-0-0 score, you lose 2970 points off the max score possible.

As for the 11 goods:
11*275=3025. So with a 11-0-0-0 score, you lose 3025 points off the max score possible.

So yes, 9-1-0-0 is a better score.
