No, I meant mages. We don't have ER, and I'm fairly certain Zakum's attacks are elemental. Plus I don't think any mages go without having amp maxed, and especially if you're in the mob party spamming Strike/Explo (and I get the impression that's what most mages do) for 100mp/cast you'll definitely use more MP than a priest spamming heal a lot.

But due to MG, priests probably spend more zakuming than any non-mage class. THEN AGAIN WHAT DO I KNOW I'M JUST SOME LEVEL 100 FP MAGE THAT HAS ONLY SEEN ZAKUM ONCE. ;____;

Wouldn't Zakum's attacks be fire attacks considering he's a giant fire thing :/

In which case, we'd have partial resistance. A point in it would save us 23% more potions.

Just a thumbnail, but you can clearly see the ice. There's also lightning, fire, and poison attacks, plus physical stuff. Also, even if a FP mage had 1 in PR, any priest that Zakums will have maxed ER. >__>

Noah, pot usage doesn't come from skills. You should know that it'll come almost entirely from MG.

And don't forget, mages use less pots than they would otherwise because of priest spamming heal. In my opinion, this closes any possible gap that could be caused by Priests having better resist. Tosh brings up a great point as well. Partial Resist. Sure, not as good as max ER, but knocking off ~20% is still damn good.

The point though, is that mages aren't the only ones hit with high pot use. All magicians are.

How does your main skill costing 56 MP compare to taking 6000+ MP damage from 1/1 attack or about 2400 MP damage from a normal attack?

You'd have to use fire arrow nearly 100 times just to compare to the MP taken from a single 1/1. About 42 times of casting to compare to Zakum's normal attack. And all the while, you're recovering 100+ MP every 10 seconds to further offset the cost of your attacking.

Considering how boring it is, yes.

Like in GunZ, I can play DM/zerker for 5 hours straight without even thinking about it. In MS, I find it painful to train for more than three hours.

God bless zombie lupins. Pretty good EXP, and I can sell 2,300 dolls for well over 2.3 million. More than 1K per doll. Pretty damn sweet.

When I was there I only got 100 a piece.

I'm about to be at Zombie Lupins ... sticking with Jr. Wraiths for a while because I still only do 200~350 (occasionally 400+) so I don't think I'm ready for ZL's yet. I probably will once I get my lazy butt over to Orbis and upgrade my equips to lvl 4x stuff instead of wearing 2x stuff ... -.-

Actually, when should I upgrade my equips? (I'm a lvl 43 cleric) I know there are upgrades for equips at every 5 levels (43, 48, 53, 58, etc. etc.) ... so which one should I get that would be the most cost-efficient while still giving me the best stats? I'd prefer stats over saving.

I'm LUKless, so I can't be a huge help with when to buy stuff, but the +101 HP on my Lama Staff is amazing. Combined with +80 HP from a pig headband, and +15 from an Icarus 2 that someone gave me, I get nearly 200 extra HP. If you Ludi PQ at all, you might want to consider getting a Lama. With that and a good pig headband, you can probly take bumps from Alishar without MG, which can save a good chunk of money. I might use a single red bean sundae at Ludi, during the entire run.

As for training, stick with Jr. Wraiths at B2 for a while. I used to get over 30% an hour there. And if you're only doing ~300 damage, you'll probly miss zombie lupins a lot. I still miss them occasionally. (Level 48, doing up to 11xx damage) Either way, check your %/hour, if it really is better at zombie lupins, switch, because the cash made at zlupins is awesome.

I used to NPC ZLupin dolls because nobody wanted them for anything less than 75 each and they NPC for 65 each so I was like 'k'.

Overall INT used to be 3m. 10 million... People are nuts.
