so yeah let me tell you now before you read: EMO RANT kinda....

Well Me and my girlfriend of 2 years + broke up about a week ago. We had big plans in life and in out future. I thought she was the one I was going to marry.

But anywho today at lunch (in school) I saw my ex playing footsie with my best friend. So I sent her a text saying "why are you doing that with Mike (best friend)?" and she sad that its her life. I was hurt bad cuz yeah hes my best friend and he promised me that he would never do anything with kelley (my ex girlfriend).

So I pull him aside and I asked him wtf is up with you two and he said shes not my business anymore and that I dont have to care about her any more. From this point I knew they did something. I was pissed. We stop talking and then I ask kelley, why? Why would you do that to me espacially with my best friend in less then a week of our beakup? She said cuz she wanted to.

At this point I'm crying. I wouldnt matter to me sooo much if she would of hooked up with a random guy. But she hooked up with the guy that I live with, my best friend.

I had to go home, I talk to both of them and they are sorry but to me, they dont deserve an any sympthy from me. Thats ****ed up. My senior year and I get backed stabbed my the two most important people in my life. I dont know what to do right now, cryings not helping much. Anyone go any suggestions?

Harsh man. Harsh. There isn't really that much help to give apart from the obvious move on sort of help. If she is like this then I think your going to have to move on. It's obviously going to suck and hit you hard but I don't think theres much else you can do.

People come and people go, I had a girlfriend for 2+ years and found out she cheated on me with 3 of my friends, and banged lord knows how many other guys. I'm just thankful I never touched her. You lose friends, you lose girls, it's all part of life. It's harsh, but it's gonna happen. Despite what you say, you'll move on. It's going to hurt, but don't be a wuss about it. Move on with your life and quit worrying about what's going on with them. There's nothing you can do except wait it out. Everyone needs to go through a break-up from a serious relationship, it makes them stronger and more able to handle disappointments later on in life from not only relationships, but other things as well. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

EDIT: Reading over this, it sounds a bit brutal, but I still think what I said applies. If you don't agree then blow it off and that's fine. I do hope the best for you, good luck.

Stare at your avatar and try to figure it out. That will use up some time.

Talk to them. Not necessarily about what happened, but talk to them. It could be about anything. If you never talk to either of them, it's never gonna stop hurting because that will be your last impression of both of them. For the whore: that's all she iss. If she iss more than that, then she wouldn't have done this. Since she is a whore, she didn't deserve you. For the guy: yes, it was his fault too. I am assuming that he has been your friend for a lot longer than she was your girlfriend. Chances are that the best friend didn't start with her, if he really was your best friend. Even if that's the case, it still is partly his fault.

Sounds like she wasn't worth it but that has to really suck. If the pain is to much I suggest picking up a vice. Vices can really help cope with pain. I'd avoid cigarettes because of lung cancer and they make your teeth yellow and you smell bad. Gambling isn't good because odds are you are going to lose in the end. Alcohol, video games, pornography, prescription medications, and caffeine are your best bets because they are legal. Food isn't a good vice because you will become obese and then have even less luck in relationships. If you don't want to do anything that will be unhealthy to your body then perhaps you can take your sadness, turn it into rage and release it into society.

OR

Suck it up and move on.

Edit: Oh and note for future reference that if you are dating someone for two years you should try to know them well enough to know whether or not they would do something like this witch did to you. This is surprisingly difficult. You need complete honesty and communication in a relationship, if this had happened you wouldn't have the problem you are having now. Obviously you weren't giving her what she needed. Whether you were capable of that at all I do not know, but she wasn't being honest with you or you weren't trying to keep communication open if she did state or elude to this need that was not fulfilled. If it wasn't this event that ended it something else would have. Ultimately your friend did you a favor, though you definitely might not view it as such.

The guy: Screw that. As a general rule, I'd say wait a week for every month you were dating. 2 years = 24 months = 24 weeks ~ 6 months to wait. I could understand even a month or two after, but right away is BS, and I wouldn't be his friend anymore unless he MAJORLY made amends.

See the thing is, she's not a slut. Not at all. Shes a christian, like one that actually practices the religion. Shes only had one relationship other then me. This was sooo suprising because she is anything but that. And for her to do it is just weird. Shes nothing like that.
