TWO THOUZAND COMBO
|
I'm actually more impressed with the intermediate one...disappointed with the Expert one a bit.

I'm perfectly content with a low submission rate in Expert. XD
P.S. - Is the staff member prize ineligibility rule still in effect? |

I though for sure there would have been more Intermediates, since it's such an easy song to PFC or at least less than a few goods... same goes for Expert.
Beginner, however, is being predictable. Many people were put into beginner because of inactivity and not-to-impressive stats (I would think), and that's what they did: be inactive and not impress. What's worse, because so few people are submitting, people with 6 misses, 5 almosts, 50 averages and 37 goods w/ half combos will make it through to the next round! Whatever...

I sure hope the staff ineligibility rule is still in effect, since I think it really affects my chances, considering Wind, Rebirth, Kit-, and Tass are all in my division.

IMO it doesn't matter that so many beginners r moving on to the nest round. I, a beginner myself with a AAA for the first round, will weed out all the uber noobs when the time comes!!!! XD
and yes i am trying to be a pretentious prick |

It's in effect for this tourney as well as any other contest on this site that is sponsored by Synth.

Sweet!
Now my chances of winning are 1 / (x - 1) ; x = number of round 2 participants. |

Haha, that comes out to zero. You must really think you aren't going to win. No one that submits a score every round truly has a chance of 0.

Well..I'm a 'beginner'. So please, everyone, keep the beginner bashing jokes to a minimum. Please and thank you.
Although I did submit my score. (4) But it works. I've never AAA'd anything, so I wasn't expecting to haha.(Incase you're wondering..my score shows right now (15), but Shash hasn't updated since I sent him my latest score. teeheehee) |

It's the Greek letter sigma, and it pretty much means the sum. So, 1/2 + 1/4 +1/8 +... is getting half as far away from 1 with each term you add up, so after adding infinite terms, it will converge to 1.

It's summation notation, which is used for mathematical sequences.
