I screen cut so I see half of the word "combo." And then I look at the interval between the parts where you hit the arrows, and the top of the combo number. I would screen cut that far, but I like seeing what's coming.

I tend to look at top as well. If I look anywhere else, I am not accurate at all.

Why shuold you look at one specific spot...I look at the screen as a whole as if all im using is peripheral vision and not staring anywhere. And i also screenshrink but still just look everywhere.

Also, I play by the music. I don't look at when the arrows hit the top. If the song isn't almost perfectly onbeat, then I can't score well on it.

Can you say, peripheral vision? Lmao. That's pretty much what it is. And if your good, you usually look behind the arrows(or combo) whatever, blankly at the screen I guess you could call it.

My answer is kinda like Rebirths. I don't really look and don't really notice. I just hit the arrows and most of them are perfects.

I look about an inch below the arrows consciously so that I keep an idea of where the beat is, but most of the time I'm paying attention to what's coming. I add the arrows to a "queue" and play them as they come in accordance to where I look.

I look at the "Missed" animations and think I wish I learned to play with two hands, with the arrows going up instead of down."

I stare at the edge of my monitor. Probably not the best place to look when trying to play FFR, but hey.

In FFR, the stationary arrows. Or.. top of the screen.
In Stepmania I stare at the combo. It seems to be easier with fast arrows to see them earlier and hit them in accordance to the music. |
