A question for the FFR Faculty

I was playing FFR and all of a sudden all of my creds, levels, time playing, total score, and rank all went to zero. It happened to everyone else too. This isn't the first time either. Please tell me why this kind of thing happens, and if it's not fixed then FIX IT!
If anyone else besides the faculty knows you can say why.

The database probably overloaded for a moment. It has happened to me. Just refresh or log out and back in again, and it should be fixed.

Yeah, it's happening to just about everyone. It should be fixed later on, so don't worry about it.

again, a new server is being added. we hope to have ANY issues like this resolved this week. Makes us crazy too.

Ok. It didn't just happen to me actually. Everyone on MP was like WTF IM A LEVEL 1!!! This one person said I LOST 777 CREDS. I said I lost 30,000! Ok well I guess a few glitches like that will be worth the new server. Thanks.
