Tier 3: Play 9 Songs released in 2017
Token: Pass a song with a single digit combo and 75% Perfects in relation to total note count. The song must be at least 20 difficulty or higher.

my thought process:
1. Ok, that's seems pretty hard but it might not be.
2. Let's try the old substitute a key strategy and see how that goes.
3. Oops too many misses, and I'm still going over 9 at times. 1:4 miss ratio isn't good enough anyway.
4. Maybe find a file that's really biased one one hand like Radio heads or Thunder Light or something.
5. Oops too many sections that cause you to go over 9 combo if you're not hyper-aware of your combo at all times
6. Maybe something with jacks like Turbo or Punkture?
7. Well now I'm just missing long strings of notes now too...
8. Ok how about something like Pandora where it's slow then nuts then slow? I should be able to get a nice 85-89% ratio going during the slower parts. Hopefully that will outweigh the cheesing I'll have to do in the middle.
9. Dropping goods and shit in the nuts part as well as missing too much AND occasionally going over-combo? damn.
10. Let's go for the easiest thing possible.
11. There aren't any 73s easy enough to consistently get an 80% ratio going without some kind of cheese FeelsBadMan

Just one man's perspective. The 80% miss mark probably isn't that bad for lower skill level players, but PA might start to become an issue there
