To be fair though, I think Prawnskunk deserves HoF more, but Dossar at the very least deserves most underrated FFR poster, hands down. A lot of people just glance over the threads he makes considering it pertains to judging process which 95% of people don't partake in, and the new website release on his end was very recent and not a lot of people know of it yet.

I don't think anyone would debate that the man has done a crap-ton of work, and certainly receives recognition.

But did you really need to say publicly that people are shitlords (bad kind) if they don't vote him, instead of just letting the man just earn it?

After using the word shitlord on a daily basis both online and irl the word has lost all meaning that it once had (assuming it even had any to begin with), so if you actually feel insulted by my post then I suppose I apologize.

I'm probably one of the users that cares least about these awards, but for those that actually spend a good deal of time deliberating over who should get what, I feel that many people don't know or won't consider the amount of time Dossar has logged doing work here, simply because he isn't an admin. My intentions weren't to piss anyone off lol but I guess shitlord doesn't exactly have a pleasant ring to it.

Maybe I shouldn't have specified bad kind I don't even know what the difference is between bad and good ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

* The "Hall of Fame" category is for a person who deserves the most respect and recognition for their contributions to this site and for their influence on the community.

site wanted batch stuff working again, Dossar outlining and being super transparent about what's going on, so we know what's happening.
site asked for transparency Dossar literally outlining everything that's happening that he's leading

like i don't deny that prawnskunk and other individuals have done massive things for the community, but looking at the level of contribution and how much that dossar has stepped up to the plate to take over game managing, it's mind blowing also given his other commitments and such.

in the end, look at the requirements and decide for youself

Think about what people have voted past HoF memebers in for:

Being top players of their time? Dossar fits this, no question. There's no question he was the #1 player when he was active, and there's still evidence of his dominance: his Death Piano 8-0-0-1 remains top rank after YEARS. (lol nice glitched/slow rate scores above him)

Being an important administrator? If you're questioning whether Dossar fits this category, you really need to learn more about how the GM team works.

Being an influential simfile artist and simfile judge? Dossar has tons of files in the game and his style is unique and instantly recognizable. His files are important for the game because of their 100% focus on scoring. Whether you enjoy his style or not you can't deny he's contributed a lot of files to FFR, and that his judge notes have been consistently delivered for longer than pretty much every other judge on the team.

Being an active developer? Dossar fits this, no question. He made the batch search engine and is constantly adding new improvements to the judging and file management pipelines. A lot of his work goes unseen by the average player but he has done so much that is appreciated by the other admins.

Being an active community member? At #5 most prolific poster of all time there's no question of his involvement on the forums. Plus his memes are on point (why is he drinking milk from a straw?)

A reminder to look at the whole year when considering simfiles. A lot of good stuff came out in January/February of 2015.
Some memorable files, in my opinion, from this past year:
