Honestly though this IS actually really big and a huge congrats to the OP for opening the gates for us to step more official video game soundtracks.

Hmm, very interesting. I took a look at those usage rules (http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/developer/rules) and the main problem for us is that we "must include the following notice about the Game Content" and a link to those rules. I'm not sure if that is doable with the way we have set up the game. Might be worth asking a rep at Microsoft to see if they can make an exception.

If I am not mistaken, having the artist name link to the notice itself should be sufficient (as in, set that page as the "artist" homepage)? I might be missing something in the legalese though.

Just to make sure and there is no misinformation or I misread anything.

Is this a Rare Blanket as opposed to a Banjo-Kazooie / Tooie blanket?

Now since Rare is owned by Microsoft wholey I would assume this retroactively gives permission to use stuff like Battletoads etc. (Banjo, Conker, KI, Perfect dark are all 100% certain since they got reboots / re-releases)
