I wouldn't say they are ignorant, I've been keeping an eye out on a few people who have been working on a new rating system for osu! as of recent, which is going along really well. There's also been realistically a lack of BNs that really rate stuff nowadays for o!m but slowly there are more being put in as BNs, so stuff is changing and to describe it as 'ignorant' couldn't be farther from the truth.
