First Official FFR StepCon

Welcome to the first ever official FFR StepCon. What is a stepcon you might ask? It’s a simfile creating contest open to steppers of all skill levels.

How it works:

We will split people into groups; depending on sign-ups, there may be two or three groups. Your group will then be assigned a song that will already have a pre-synced .sm with it. You and your fellow peers in your group will have two weeks to step the song and submit it to us.

How the winner is chosen and what’s the prize:

A small team of judges will look over the files and choose the best file in each group. If your file is the winning file, it will go into the FFR game and you will be awarded a credit prize of 100,000 credits. (Judges reserve the right to deny acceptance into the game if none of the files meet FFR standards for acceptance.)

We will be taking sign-ups from now until October 6th, 11:59pm. On October 7th 11:59pm, you will find out which group you are in, and the song that your group will be stepping will be available to download.

A few notes:

*You may make a cut to the song if you wish.
*Please step your song on the heavy difficulty.
*Please do not cut the song to less than one minute.
*You can not collaborate with another simfiler.
*Submissions should include songname and your username. eg. Overdrive (Saphira)
*Send the mp3 and .sm in a compressed folder.
