Cutoff is the score you neet to get in order to stay away from elimination.
for example the D3 cutoff means that the last person that passes has a score of
53 Goods
3 Average
2 Misses
4 Boo's

Before anyone mentions it I noticed the dash didn't eliminate anyone in D1 for some reason. I think it's because there weren't enough positive scores for the cutoff. Tried changing the cutoff but that didn't fix it so I'm looking into that.
