Home, Wired. The upload speed sucks.

University wi-fi during winter semester.

Hold on, lets say for example I get a speedtest result of 24Mb/s, does that translate to 3MB/s when I actually download stuff?
Is that even the right conversion

(I'm not up-to-date with these kind of things)
