                                                Delta, rate is not the same as Speed. Please us a flash player 10+ standalone or use the browser and modify the "Rate" field instead of "Speed" field in your options. Please resubmit for task 13.
                                                I'll allow you to resubmit up until noon server time tomorrow, due to the confusion.
