yeah I tried it a few times, if you get yourself to ~53000 at the beginning of the megatrill you have the best chance, but from there it's basically a crapshoot, unless you have the most insane mental math skills to figure out exactly what you need to do in the time between the 8-note roll after the megatrill and the final quad.
