Let's be clear

The reason I allowed the changes that aren't Velocity - is because they were mistakes.
I allowed Velocity's because He'd asked me to pick a hard FMO so I just kinda picked a random one. So I let him re choose.

I will not change it for people who PMed the wrong person.
