    How can I grow an inch?

    Yes, I'm serious.

    Despite being ~5'11" for the past year and a half, I'm still the shortest of my male friends (the vast majority of them are at least 6'2")

    I've actually looked into this online because I'd love to be at least 6', but I've been skeptical of the things I've been reading. Apparently books have been written on diets you should follow and stretches that should be done at least 30 minutes a day that will ensure vertical growth, but that's usually as much as it'll let me read without outright buying the book so fuck that.

    I'm inclined to believe there's probably nothing I can do since I'm already 20 years old and I'm pretty sure I'm done growing, but I figured I'd make this thread anyways just in case someone can ~*~SaVE mE~*~

      Actually, puberty ends at 21 for some males so you STILL HAVE HOPE. I don't know any surefire remedies but I have heard many. Many just have to do with cardio and stretching. Don't do heavy weightlifting. Eat healthy, be sure to eat essential vitamins, etc. And sleep. Just maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

                  I follow all of these except I do heavy weightlifting, and I probably won't stop that anytime soon haha.

                  Although I dunno, I probably could use more sleep (I'm averaging seven hours a night)

                          Basically this but i would like to add a few more things:

                          - Do not drink Coffee or other caffeine related stuff.

                          - Do not smoke cigarettes.

                          - Do not eat/drink stuff high in carbohydrates. Instead, eat more protein foods and drink more water.

                              Well ok... Let me begin by saying, that if you didnt know, that in the morning your actually taller than what you would be in the afternoon?? Why is that?? Because when you wake up, you have Gravity pushing you down and during the afternoon you become maybe a quarter inch, half an inch or even 3/4 of an inch shorter... Well now you know with....

                                                  and took up daily hanging from a pullup bar. His taller wife would wrap her arms
                                                  and legs around his waist and hang on to him until his grip gave out.
                                                  The bizarre exercise paid off: the chap gained over an inch in height after a while.

                                                          Just because you're twenty years old doesn't mean you're done growing. I'm assuming you've already hit a growth spurt, though. Males usually don't stop growing until their mid-twenties (25 or so) and about twenty years old for females.. So, you've definitely got time.

                                                          But for now, I would drink milk, daily. As for immediate ways of gaining an inch, I recommend that you wear shoes that'll make you taller. Like Nike shox. They make me go from 5'10'' to about 5'11.5'', it's amazing how much confidence an inch can give you.
