    Why do we still have the 40 credit limit?

    With a huge number of songs that give over 3mil points, why are we still limited to 40 credits a song?
    I need no signature.

      Yes.
      There is a possibility that it could be changed someday.

      But for now, it's actually fair.

          It kind of makes credits more valuable...if you could get 100 credits on a song, it would be easier to gain credits in the long run, and therefore depreciating their value.

          As it stands, the 40 credit cap makes credits worth just as much as the dollar. Pretty crazy.

                  Not really, because you can just play songs that end at 40 credits anyway. Taking out the limit would not change the value of the credits.

                  You can also play the fastest songs and then quit out at 40 credit limit.

                      I would like to see the cap removed for exactly the reason Izzy just said, it wouldn't change the value of credits all it basically is right now is that we are getting ripped off. And with the increase in purchased songs and secret songs and increase in tournaments I would like to see the cap gone, once and for all.

                              We should just raise the credit gap to 50. If we removed the credit gap, how people would get Unknown Girl?

                                      you would still need 1200 combo for 40 credits or a lot of perfects and a high combo. it wouldn't make getting unknown girl any easier

                                              It's staying at 40 and it's not going to change. Besides, credits are already easy enough to get...all you need to do is mash a song without good PA and you instantly unlock 40 credits. I don't want to be seeing people mashing 100-150 credits per song.

                                                          The problem with this is credits go by points. Points go by combo. So if you're good, you'll be able to play FFLBF and FC it constantly, while someone who gets say 1 miss a run on it will get about half the credits. This in turn will push people to mash more often, and nobody likes mashers :/
