    Haiku

    -Please post some of your haikus here

    -heres a haiku called: Autumn Breeze

    The autumn breeze blows,
    maple leafs float through the air,
    a warm season breeze.

              Haikus are really weird
              and sometimes do not make sence

                                  TH_XD, what some of the people are trying to get across is that you have major spelling errors in your second line, if you didn't already notice.

                                  Since I'm posting, I might as well write one.

                                          Ahhh... Memories.....

                                          Chaz, if I remember correctly, you used that same haiku in the haiku competition I held about a year ago.

                                          I haven't done a haiku in forever, but here I go,

                                          Haiku's wasting time
                                          Producing all of these rhymes
                                          Makes me want to cry.


                                          Nice to see a new interest in them.
                                          And not to bash MrPoptart, but the whole refridgerator haiku is pretty played out...
                                          Not that mine is much better.

                                              lol i have quite a few haikus (although i'm not that good at typing them...i hate limiting the stanzas to 5/7/5. ) Anyway, here are a few...

                                              Tonight the stars shine
                                              Showing off their radiance
                                              Exhilarating

                                              A rainbow appears
                                              With colors of all textures
                                              Dazzling all souls

                                              Lately, life is hell
                                              Engulfing me in its grasp
                                              Never to release

                                              A broken heart heals
                                              Trying to forget the pain
                                              But the pain still clings

                                              Thunder roars outside
                                              Lightning lights up the night sky
                                              As rain falls quickly

                                              ...i think i type better poems than haikus...idk...oh, and TakeHayashi XD; your haiku was really good lol and so was MrPoptart's

                                                      a haiku is a type of poem, but the stanzas have to start with 5 words, then the next is 7, and then 5 again.
