K First off, IP stands for Internet Protocol, it basically tells where they are located on the internet. If you get IP banned, it blocks that IP from accessing the site or forums or whatever you get banned from. 2nd off, calm negotiations work MUCH better than mindless flaming to get what you want. If you don't believe me, just keep flaming. Just don't be surprised if you get banned
