Cuz I hear that it is bad for you and can cause arthritus, but I've heard a lot from both sides? Do any of you pop your fingers, fellow FFR friends? Lol. I do but I'm worried my knuckles might get bigger or slower or something...?

I always seem to change position after the 800th or so note in FFLBF, and sometimes crack my fingers, but other than that, I don't recall many opportunities in songs where there is enough delay for me to take ym fingers away, and while getting ready for a song, I don't.
I crack them when not playing tbh.

If my fingers feel slower than usual on fast stream, I crack them and boom, instant results.

Crack fingers, neck, wrists, ankle, thumb, other finger joints. Works nicely for FFR to loosen stiff parts.
