                                          He probably meant to rate the person above you assuming you have seen that person around ffr. So a 10 would be someone that you believe is well liked, contributes a lot, and that you think is active on the site. Problem with that is that nobody knows everyone here well enough, obviously.

                                          I'll just rate Matrixdude based on his posts, join date, and overall rank in the game (Pretty much like that "Noob, veteran, elite, etc" thread, converted to a 1-10 scale). Err...This thread is probably going to die.
