    I got a big ASS Ausore in my mouth and it won't go away.

              This late at night, besides, I don't have any money left to put gas in my truck. And I need to splurge to go to work.

              EDIT: The thing that is in your mouth and stings because it is open. I can't spell it. LOL

                  I was thinking of posting something funny but then I figured i should just help ya. Put ice in a baggy and compress against it. Might sting in the beginning but it will get better. Get's numb. No Pain.

                          Get something from the freezer. A bag of frozen peas will do.

                                  The only thing I have in my freezer is lots of meat, and besides meat, 1/2 gallon of ice cream. I will try to swallow it.

                                      Get something like Oragel or something similar from a pharmacy.

                                      If not, then you'll just have to wait for the cold sore to go away. Every couple of minutes, dab some water on the sores to make it less painful when you open your mouth.

                                      I used to have this every winter, likely due to the dryness. Hurts like hell.
