So last night while I was listening to Tass's show, my computer completely freezes and refuses to move. I shut it down, and try to boot it back up, with nothing else to find but an error message that continually comes back up every time I try to restart. It says
"a disk read error occured
Press ctrl+alt+del to restart"
Yeah, but I tried that and it didn't work.
Called up Dell. First woman starts me on a Diagnostics custom test on my harddrive. I talk to another woman who tells me some stuff, while the test is running(very slowly). So she lets me go to have the test run, I go to work, come back to find an error message only 1% more after I had left. I come back, call Dell up again, put in the extension, do all the verifying etc. The woman concludes that my harddrive is f'ed up and I need a new one. I didn't have any files backed up(i tried to backup Itunes and stuff a week or so ago, but i think I did it wrong). So my new hard drive is coming Tuesday, and all my pictures/music/word files are gone.
I feel tears coming on =(

I'm guessing this also means you won't be able to DJ this weekend?
