14 new songs. I feel like this has to be a new record (first day of the game aside).
Life is simply unfair... Don't you think?

biggest 1-day release was round 8 of OT14 with 8 Tournament songs, and 10 bonus songs for 18 songs total.

Mario Overworld (Super Mario Remix): Immediately I hear Smooth McGroove I knew I was going to enjoy the song. Been listening to him for a long time ever since he was pumping out Undertale acapella's. I recently was actually wanting to find something of his to step for FFR when I found out we had perms for some of his stuff. Anyways, for the chart the beginning didn't really catch my attention much but once the song gets to about 400 combo things start picking up and I really started to enjoy playing it a lot from here on. Nice work~

NULCTRL: Wow really cool and interesting file. That intro certainly gives you a wake up call with the 32nds lol. I'm sure those are gonna be pretty mindblockable for D3. The file caught my attention the entire way through the song and was pretty fun. There were a couple times where I was wondering what some of the notes went to but probably is more noticeable if I were to slow the music down as I'm bad at hearing things sometimes. The cyan note jumps part was pretty cool

Shut Your Mouth: Nice file I liked the jumpgluts you had in here they felt nice to hit . I hope D4 is ready for these jacks tho because those longjacks were even scary for me to hold on to a AAA with especially in the section mixed in with the white note trills in the second half, which I liked seeing that colour theory you implemented in the song.

Evanescent: Oooooh I used to listen to this song a lot and had it in my Youtube music playlist haha. I really liked the song and BGA video they had along with it thought it was really cool. So I'm excited to see that there's now a file for it on FFR to play . Anyways, the chart was really fun to play with the song too, really enjoyed this one, definitely one of my favourite charts from this week and favourite of all the division songs!

Sapling: Streams v.v (some of the streams were fun, some not v.v)

Boxel Adventure: Trills v.v (some parts were actually fun outside of the trills)

Neko Nadetai: D8 v.v (the easier sections outside of the big wall dump sections are kinda fun actually)

GOODBOUNCE: This is the best release hands down this week omg I love the song I love the chart I love it all *-* Give me more DONKS please!

Also I can't wait to play Mope Mope~

As a complete aside though, did we really need 5+ Event token songs? Feels a bit much to me.

I wanted enough new Event Token content to guarantee those that already have all the tokens, have at least something to work towards in this tournament & the next couple of events/tournaments.

It was a long-standing debate that people didn't really have anything to unlock anymore through events, assuming that's why Kayla opened up Event Token batch in the first place before she left. So, people that had everything unlocked didn't see much reason to join in smaller events.

I plan on releasing a lot more than just Event Tokens during this tournament. The next few rounds are gonna be fun, even if already eliminated.

i intentionally spiced up a few stream patterns in Sapling, thinking along the lines that this wouldn't show up in ot, but here we are :3

My point was more geared towards locking a mountain of content behind a once year event, and other arbitrary, yet spontaneous other events. Can't say I'm a fan. (I don't personally care if entrants have a token to unlock - they got a whole damn tourney of content to play, and if I recall right they get some profile badge which fills the award part tbh.)

Totally a me thing, I was just curious more than anything. I very much just view tokens like achievements though.

Usually event tokens are able to be unlocked multiple times a year, and can even be gifted if someone has them all and wins more. I can recall several other events last year that had tokens available to be won, and many times where tokens were gifted because of it. They're usually easier to unlock than it may seem.

How much of Mario Overworld being a 50 was just because it's so heavily syncopated? This round's 51 feels WAAAY harder to me than Mario Overworld despite only being 1 point harder.
