Worst simfile? Nah, this looks kinda decent. It isn't "Ctrl + R" and the patterning/note density on different parts in most of the song have their intensity properly expressed.

ppl are too good at making charts in this age you can't really make something egregiously bad unless you're doing extreme ctrl+r or have such a high level of theory you can make something entirely subversive
ppl like stargroup and fission could make a worse chart than you'd be capable of
