"Triple A", if there's multiple A's, I occasionally just scream it just "AAA"; "Three A" or "A Three" if I'm lazy. If I'm both lazy and explaining stuff to someone I'll call them "Trip", "Treble", "Triple". I've called it an "Ayyyy" exactly once.
