              Yes it is sad. Saddest photo of all time? No.

              That's kind of a slap in the face to the billions of more depressing things that happen all the time. Not even the saddest dog loving their owner who had died photo I've seen.

              I don't recommend viewing this, but just to make a point.

                  Title is an hyperbole.

                  And sadness is a subjective emotion, it doesn't have the same effect on people based on their past, experience, etc.

                      i think the photo of the starving child and a vulture waiting for him to die is sadder. especially along with the story of the photographer and what he did to get that "perfect" shot and then later commiting suicide

                                          i dont like the picture. it tries to make u feel sadness towards the dog who's just lost his partner.

                                          It's just a dog. what's much more sad is the cop who just died in the line of duty.

                                              What has potential to be sadder, human emotions or dog emotions? I've seen the same thing with a human, pretty sure they were sadder, because of how many more things our emotions would be manifesting in.
