So, I haven't been on FFR in ages. Luckily I remembered the password to at least one of my accounts. What has happened over the last 4 years. Do any of the old clans/teams still exist? Did that "Post to the Million" thread ever make it to 1 million posts. And did av-misses ever get fixed?

a lot of the old clans/teams have since pretty much disbanded. not that much drive for those clans anymore.
dunno bout the 1million thread but you could prolly find that out yourself.

Real basic summary of the important things:
Video chat, simfile database, and widgets are gone;
Av-miss is indeed fixed;
SiU has gone a little bit of reworking but is somewhat abandoned again;
FFR now has (technically) four engines:
Legacy (original) // Velocity (Velocity's first rework) // R^2 (original beta engine, has been dropped for R^3) // R^3 (Beta engine, worked on by arcnmx and Velocity)
If you weren't running a standalone four years ago, switching to it can help reduce lag;
Synthlight is a ghost but still shows once in a blue moon;
Site is being recoded from the ground up by Velocity;
General staff restructure
If you want to play multiplayer (which is somewhat of a graveyard now), find the MP Links to the universal MP swf's located in the standalone thread;
Subscriptions were turned into Veteran status, which is obtained not bought;
Profiles are now toggle-able between Profile V1 and Profile V2;
R^3 has some seriously kick-ass features if you can get into using it. You can even load playlists from some of the offline engines (and you can find links in the standalone thread) using R^3;
I'm sure there are more I'm missing, but we'll start with that.

One mill get was removed while it was inactive, it didn't make it. Now there is post 1-1 million in image numbers in a game thread. That's at like 1.8k.

From what I remember the standalone came out (unofficially) on tasslefoots blog when the site was offline.
Synth has always been a ghost.
I've noticed nobody in MP. I recall there being at least 30 people on at 3 am before I left.
I don't remember a thread called "One mill get" I'm referring to the "Post to the Million Squad." The one that had like 500k or so posts. It was run by DJsomething. Don't quite remember.
He had quit while I was still playing. Which made sense, cause he had (nearly) every song AAA'd

Tasselfoot left with drama involved.
He moved on to ThirdStyle which like 5 people played (compared to the 6 currently playing this game). Then he left that for another job with some gaming job for more money.The above post has a 50% chance of being useless. Potentially. Maybe.

1milget was the name of the forum section, was run by djshox. After the site came back after the year or so it was down the staff hid it (unofficial deletion I guess). 99% sure it didn't reach 1 million posts, but i might be wrong
