Hotels fill up pretty fast, as far as I can tell, especially the good ones. What Sanzath does every year for team quebec is directly call the hotel (they're more suited to serve you on the phone then on their website). Please consider this option!
Are you high man?!?! Meeting people IRL is literally a blank sleet. You have nothing to fear. I, for one, will welcome you with open arms, like any member of the FFR crew deserves.

I actually recommend doing the opposite of trying to book your hotel asap after the con ends because in reality AN 2017 is way too far into the future for hotels to properly gauge what kind of rooms are available for reservations. I would actually wait a couple days, maybe even weeks, before trying because basically all the hotels will say that they are fully booked, even though that's not true in the slightest due to the aforementioned.
Unless you actually have the patience to try calling the hotel(s) every single day until they give you an actual response in regards to reservations.Comment
