And now for a non-song pack update to the main post!
I've finally added a section for obtaining certain StepMania themes. Section is listed just under where to find Noteskins, but I'll quote it below for reference. I'll be adding more themes to the list later on, but I've covered some important ones at least.

Also, thanks to SM's recent updates, it isn't nearly as bad to have loads of packs. First load takes forever of course, but after that I was able to load like 400 something packs in less than a minute. I'd guess like 6-8 hour first load and then perhaps a few minutes for everything after if SM can actually handle it all.Comment

The SMO forums is finally back up. If you'd be willing to update the SMO thread that would be cool. Hopefully all it takes is a copy and paste.

Fairly large update made to the main post. Breakdown of what's been changed or added:
The following links (all Pad packs) will need SMO mirrors (paging Izzy or Foxfire once again, please and thank you):- • Added a new pad section for packs specific to Doubles & Couples play (8-panel).
• Because there are also Doubles & Couples charts randomly featured in the main Pad (4-panel) section, I've added a small disclaimer to point that out since it'd be redundant to paste the same packs into the new 8-panel section. In the future, I intend on labeling these certain packs to indicate whether they feature Doubles and/or Couples charts.
• Skwid's packs have been moved to Keyboard Dumps and/or Difficult Stuff (4key). I had mistakenly put them in the wrong section.
• Edited the description for Pad Singles (4-panel) — Mod Courses to include StepMania 5.
There have been a lot of pack additions, so make sure to check out the main post~ I'll update the Google Docs mirror once all these new pad packs have been uploaded to SMO.- • Shen's Mini Pad Pack (NEW)

Cheers. Updated the SMO thread.
Might as well mention this here, but SayoYasuda actually found out something interesting. Xoon Drama Packs 1 and 2 that are hosted on SMO are actually missing simfiles for whatever reason. Actually went and confirmed this by downloading those two packs from here.
Whenever someone gets to uploading those new pad packs to SMO, please also update the above with these ones:
