Here's some people I'd like to see win (in no particular order):
D1: IronBarrelMuffin, FUTUREKING101, TwinOrangeAvatar
D2: Arkuski, CDCan, Zapmeister
D3: Xiz, Destroy2777, loop123456
D4: xAlphaWolf, Yulanik, Jimmymi1
D5: Zakvvv666, Halfstep, Salitz
D6: Tim Allan, Godnick, Pretentious (Pretentious is one very determined person.)
D7: DossarLX ODI, GammaBlaster, leonid (I've never seen leonid post scores but people expelled bricks when he joined. Also, EVE is a pretty badass robot.)

I have D6 results from last time but that's about it.
I really don't know about the other divisions (other than samurai winning D7) but you could at least get the top 3/5 from old front page posts.

the tourney from ~July 2009 (no idea what official it was...maybe 4th or 5th?) had 1230 participants across 5 divisions...that's insane. lol at rubix beating leonid in D5 btw...wonder if that was botted play
The 2nd official had way less entrants iirc maybe only 32, I actually think you had to be seeded or something and it was 1v1 elimination rounds to songs that were already in game, not to mention the whole av-miss thing and only legacy songs to choose from + combo scoring blah blah blah rofl. I prefer how the tourney is organized much more today
Here's my final D7 predictions now that ppl are placed/registered:
1st: DossarLX
2nd: leonid
3rd: AlexDest
4th: smartdude1212
5th: L.B.D.D.
6th: Dynam0
7th: GammaBlaster
8th: OneWingedAngel
The competition after ~3rd place is so tight though that it's going to come down to how the charts pan out. No question there.
edit: wow I still managed to forget all about ji..welp, fixed. Ya, 8th looks about right for me given R6 will start when my finals do sadly.
leonid in 2nd is interesting, I don't know if I necessarily agree with that.
