To play songs from Simfile Database w/"Time Changes"
1. Download Stepmania @ www.stepmania.com. Then install it.
2. Download the simfile(s) you want to play.
a. If the file is .zip or .rar, extract the folder inside, and place it in the Songs folder (look at the README you get when you install Stepmania).
b. If the file is .smzip, open it and the file will be extracted and moved automatically.
3. Open Stepmania and play your new song(s).

3 simple steps. Have fun.
