Nah, this is better so that no one's votes will influence another's.

Pretty sure you'll find that by the end of the voting process you'll have like 16 way ties in tons of categories with each person having 1 vote. The influence is sorta needed.

With that statement I'll repost this, I think it's a valid solution.

A list of the people that have been nominated for each category, not how many times they've been voted for.

That way, you don't have to deal with people thinking "ooooo so and so is winning I'm going to vote for them" but you can still think "hey, that person was nominated with those others, I think they deserve it most".

I'd also like to plead my case for biggest gamewhore since I didn't just sit on my ass and whore vrofl for 8 hours a day, I actually played a variety of songs over a span of time, including OVER 9000 total MP games.
