I've never heard the song 'Friday'. Though I've never heard it before, I thought that all the negative comments were unnecessary. Now that I had the chance to listen to one of her songs, I couldn't finish it. I am not saying it's a disgrace to all mankind or anything, it's just not my style. 6/10 Singing sux, typical, ect. Not bad for.. whatever age she is.
I honestly would rather listen to that chick that kinda looks like a guy. Her names Justin or something.

But, I still don't understand why so many people degrade her.

I personally think it's not horrible in comparison to today's standards. However, considering that most mainstream music is complete trash (imo), it doesn't move very far up the chain.

In essence, she went from a flaming pile of human feces to a smaller, more tolerable flaming pile of canine feces. It's not a huge improvement, but it's there.
