                        Man, if you want to start to get in a debate about dragon ball Z without me I just want to inform you that I recently watched every single episode. Vegeta on every single occasion waited for you to be at your best before he fought he because he wanted to prove he was the best. One such occasion was after he came out of the time chamber and fought with cell. He had the total upper hand and he could have even saved the planet from cell if he had just defeated him then and there. Cell conned vegeta into letting him consume number 18 so he could become his ultimate form and vegeta fell for it because he wanted to fight him at his best.
