It's not that I wouldn't vote, it's that I wouldn't vote for them.

Clinton - Seriously? Can't even keep Bill in check. Our country?

Obama - Ew. Too much conspiracies against him.

McCain - Another republican, yeah, that's what we need.

It totally makes sense if you did not wish to vote. Many people out there still believe that the system isn't perfect, and its true.

But it was our choice on what we believe would make a stronger effect on our economy, government, and rights of the diversities and melting pots of this country.

I believe, that is the reason the majority voted for Obama. I think we deserve to discuss the aftermath because by looking at the polls, some strongly felt McCain or Clinton should have taken the title of President. And is the reason why I thread this was to read your opinions.

Also, there is never a reason to not vote. If you choose to support none of the candidates on the ticket, you need to go vote and either spoil your ballot, or mark 'none of these' as a write in. Those votes -are- counted, and if you simply decide to be apathetic and not vote at all, then you're just apathetic, not making an understandable decision.

So that means I dont think it wasn't fair. But seeing as the minimum amount of people clicked McCain or Clinton on that poll means that there are people out there who believe still the election should have gone another way. This is to invite those who feel like they "lost" the campaign and discuss the outcome in a very educate manner by simply jotting down opinions on these candidates, because we already know Obama won.

i hope some of you realize..most people probably (dont take it in an "absolute" way) voted for Barack because hes black. No, i'am not saying im agaisnt him. No, i'am not saying im racist (never). Im not into the whole voting issue stuff because well, im under age -_-.

At school im already hearing rumors of another (maybe) "Martin Luther King shooting" going to happen. To me thats just taking this a little to far =\.

By the way, even though an African American is in office now, DOENT MEAN other African Americans get special benefits. Thats also something i heard someone say at my school-eth. Lets hope some people out there know that already.

It was a really close decision for me. Both candidates had values and political ideals i supported or was against. But in the end i chose Obama. I just am ready for some fresh ideas.

Why do you think that anybody cares about this? Probably about 8 people out of everyone who read it laughed. His avatar does not diminish his credibility. His grammar makes the post more difficult to read, but his points are just the same. You have a little intelligence on your side and you've proven that. So, use it. There's people who think that being rude and unproductive is funny and going to somehow make them cooler online. I kind of expected you to be above that.
