Well if you liked Pwntendo, you might like Sajtban and Bebikukorica Nigiri.

As far as the three you mentioned from RCAS, there really is not a track on this new album that is very similar, with the possible exception of Miss Balaton, in my opinion.

I also got "My Downfall" as Zaghurim said it was an awesome follow up to "Rossz" but after a listen of that I wasn't too impressed. It was good yes, but I preferred the fast paced Rossz more.

I wasn't very impressed with "My Downfall" either.

Mainly for this reason:

It, like the album it is said to follow, consists largely of classical compositions. However, unlike said album, it features very little in the way of drumbeats, instead focusing on an atmospheric sound made by the classical instruments.

Why is it that stuff with the word flash in it is usually always good?

Only two good songs on that album are:
Flashforward
and
Miss Balaton

FLASHBULB!

And btw, my fave albums from vsnares are Rossz, Hospitality, and Cavalcade.

I have listened to all the **** in the mother****ing book and I have only heard ONE song not by Aaron Funk in 7/8.

Tom Sawyer by Rush (middle section)
Indestructible by Disturbed (few measures thrown in there)
that song by Protest the Hero that I can't come up with the title of
Euthanasia here on FFR

off the top of my head... lots of Rush has 4+3 randomly dispersed, Tom Sawyer is the only extended section I remember off-hand

I completely missed carbo saying that. I couldn't name tons of songs off the top of my head but I know for a fact I've heard a lot of songs not in 4/4 that could be 7/8 or very close to.

I'm probably looking at bands like Planet X and Mahavishnu Orchestra. Perhaps Ozric Tentacles too. Bands like that probably have some songs in 7/8.

Virgil Donati (Planet X) once remarked, "Our most exotic time signature is four."

EDIT: Though perhaps reading his post again, I think that he means that similar artists to Vsnares who have used songs in 7/8, and not all music in general.

I think Hiszekeny off Rossz is 5/4.

So far it's pretty easy listening. I don't know, doesn't seem like he's challenging himself much.

Still think his Hospitality EP is my favorite.

What does having a 7/8 time signature have anything to do with stepping a good file? It's unique and interesting, but it doesn't contribute much at all, if anything, to a stepfile. I'm talking about stepfiles here, not the music itself. I like vsnares a lot, and I prefer him over a lot of other artists, but I'm strictly talking about stepping.

Oh I just remembered a 65dos song in 7/8 so that makes two songs.

First one I was talking about is a Prokofiev piano sonata.

Cavalcade's Donuts and P are in 11/8.
I think Hiszekeny off Rossz is 5/4.

Relatively speaking I've heard a lot of 5/4. It's not that uncommon.
