Re: Why Today's World Sucks.

These days, money makes the world go 'round. With gas prices sky rocketing and (for Americans) the currency's value plummeting, we could be entering another depression very soon. Most people would naturally want the earn good (or enough) money, so in turn they would (suck up) treat the higher ups better, in hopes of securing said capital.
That's another topic though, here's my response:
But if everyone had no free will from the get go, there'd be no such thing as dependence, maybe unison of people as a whole since they can't make decisions for themselves. We'd all probably be robots or zombies or something, but the world wouldn't suck then.
Eh, I'm thinking totally abstract about this. But, I always do so it's no surprise to me. Still, the way I see it play out in my head, everyone does things identical to the rest of the people, at the same time, same place (different location) and the same way. Kinda The Giver-esque, except no one talks or something to avoid indifference or expression of opinion (since they'd have none to give there could be nothing to say other than speaking absolute facts). I guess the only actual difference between absolute location and appearance/genetic traits, everyone would be the same with my odd logic.
And then maybe they'd all look the same too, to remove opinion or something on the grounds of color, size, stature, etc.
For the record, this isn't my view on the perfect world or anything. It just would probably express absolute equality, and no opinions to add extra weight on either side of the scale would keep it that way.
Then it wouldn't suck. But of course, we would say it would since, at our current state, we have free will and can express ourselves. But if we never had it to begin with, could we argue against the thing we've known since birth?
