Do you honestly think that after such a terrible deformation and such an intensive surgery that he would have lead a successful life and not been in some way retarded? Clearly, the best thing would have been if the surgery were successful and he became a genius and made millions and got a supermodel wife that wasn't using him and he lived to 120 (but still acted and felt 20) and he then became my friend and gave me some money and I bought a solid gold toilet, but that's not terribly likely. The kid would have had to live with physical and emotional scarring and may have just come out handicapped in some other way.

I was reading a thread about this on the SA forums... someone posted that the second head had a partially formed brain and reacted to stimuli (i.e., blinking its eyes and opening its mouth when the other head was fed). Just to make it creepier.
