And uh, yea, if this kid is going to die, he's going to die. There is nothing you, or anyones prayer is going to change. So really, we do these things to try to give support, so whether or not it's a prayer or a best of wishes from someone that isn't religious shouldn't matter at all. All of it means well.

That's somewhat along the lines of my ideal funeral but everyone whom I told to carry out my idea has refused for sentimental reasons.

I'd rather have people find joy in my existence than mourn over my passing.

Dude I have prayed with my family many times. When my family and I prayed for my grandpa to get better after cancer he did. My mother had thyroid cancer, which is very tricky and we prayed for her and she got better. Getting cancer is like having a 50/50 chance of living depending on how well it's developed. Don't be an ass about it.
