I'm entirely in agreement with you on this.
Start dating at around age 14, and go on from there. However the sex shouldn't have an age limit, seeing as some people like the wait.
If it's absolutely mandatory, then 16-17 sounds perfectly reasonable.Comment

Yeah. It's mostly because at a certain age, people are not mature enough to actually have sex. Most of us will take too much pleasure in that and end up being obsessed or develop bad habits. Ok, not going to read this thread, just looking at the original post.
1 - You are 14, a serious relationship should not be on your mind.
2 - I honestly cannot believe that a 14 year old can feel "love" due to their hormones still raging at their most.
3 - Guys have these hormones too, they only care about sex because of that, especially when they are 14-16 and don't have the emotional capacity to handle this.
4 - At about 17+ the hormones relax slightly and some guys stay wanting just sex, others are able to start controlling it. Only around this age should you be looking for a serious relationship.
Oh, and until 17+ you shouldn't even be considering sex in a relationship or love, again, I do not believe that a anyone younger than 16 can honestly have the emotional capacity to experience true love, granted there are always exceptions.
Anyhoo, summed up:
- No guys at your age group will "love" you, they will fancy you or whatnot, but not "love". The closest thing would be infatuation. You should also not be looking for a loving relationship yet, enjoy your life, look for love when you have grown up, matured, and have mature feelings.
Though that's just me though.Comment
